Fitness On Demand

Life gets busy, but your fitness goals don’t have to wait! Fitness On Demand gives you access to a library of workouts you can do anytime in the facility.  Choose from a variety of classes: ‍ Yoga, ️‍Strength Training, HIIT, Cycling, and more! All led by certified instructors, select the time you desire, and the equipment you prefer to fit your fitness level.  The best part is you can squeeze in a quick workout before your next meeting, or catch a full class you missed during the week. It’s all about flexibility and fitting fitness into your life!

Location: Group Fitness Room on 2nd floor

Time:  Anytime the room is not in use with a scheduled class!
