Pavilion reservations must be made in person by visiting the Weinheimer Community Center at 1100 Main Street or by calling 618-654-6071 due to daily changes in availability.
Pavilions are available to rent April through October at the following parks:
- Glik Park (2)
- Hoffman Park
- Rinderer Park
- Spindler Park
- Silver Lake Park (5)
Pavilion Rental Frequently Asked Questions & Answers
- Please keep in mind that all person(s) using the city parks and facilities do so at their own risk.
- Damages to the park by the renter, guests, volunteers, or attendees shall be assessed fees to replace and/or repair damages. If the facility is not returned to its original condition, the renter will forfeit some or all of the deposit.
- Parking is permitted only in parking lots or other designated areas. No vehicles are permitted on the grass.
- General park rules and applicable city ordinances are posted on signs throughout the parks.
- All signs/banners/decorations are to be removed completely following the activity/event.
