Street & Alley Crews are out this week using Hot Mix Asphalt Patching in preparation for oil & chip operations. The Asphalt Hot Box method allows for enhanced temperature control of the mix and better adhesion to the surface, making pothole repairs more effective and will lead to a reduction in maintenance costs.
