The 2025 Election will be held to fill the offices of Mayor, City Clerk, City Treasurer, and Councilman (2 seats) for the City of Highland. Qualified candidates may circulate petitions and file nomination papers for those offices according to the guidelines and the election schedule established by the Illinois State Board of Elections (see notices below for important dates).

City Council Meeting - May 5, 2025
Newly-elected municipal officials will be seated at the first City Council meeting in May, 2025.
