The City is required by the State of Illinois EPA to conduct a complete inventory of all service lines in our service area. The service line comes from the City’s main into your home. The purpose is to visually identify the service material.
We have been conducting in person service line inspections and would appreciate your cooperation in completing this online. To further aid us in this inventory, we encourage you to use our city website where you will find information, pictures, and a form online that you can easily submit for our records in place of an in person inspection.
